Dr. James Ewing,
Cornell University Medical College,
Depart. of Pathology,
First Ave. and 28th St.,
N.Y.C.
Dear Dr. Ewing:
We have your letter of July 2nd, enclosing approved
bill for Dr. Craver's services in connection with the five radium
cases under the care of the Committee and, we also have received
a bill from Dr. Krumbhaar. Checks are going forward today to both
Dr. Craver and Dr. Krumbhaar.
We are also enclosing to your order a check in the
amount of $1000.00. In order to keep gur records properly we
kindly ask that you send us a receipted invoice for your services.
We wish to extend to you and the other members of the
Committee our appreciation for the manner in which you have handled
this delicate situation and, also our additional appreciation for
your attitude in endeavoring to keep the expenses to us within
reason.
It is our hope that the Committee will continue to
function and that there will be less annoyance to it in the future
than the experience of the past few months.
Very truly yours,
President.
