My dear Dr. Ewing:-
Mrs. McDonald was discharged from the Hospital
today. She is still having considerable pain in her
leg, but is very much better than when she was admitted
to the Hospital. Since her admission she has developed
complete paralysis of the anterior leg muscles of the
right leg, and her deformity has slightly increased.
The Hospital is enclosing the bill for care
which they would like to have you 0. K.
