CONGLETON, STALLMAN & HOOVER, National State Bank Building, 810 Broad Street, Newark, N. J. September 27th, 1929. Collins & Corbin, Esqs., 1 Exchange Place, Jersey City, N. J. Attention Mr. Markley Dear Mr. Markley:- As I advised you over the phone this after- noon, another one of the former employes of the United States Radium Corporation by the name of Nettie Madlinger of 26 Jay Street, Newark, called at my office and retained me to take care of her interests, claiming that she is disabled in a similar manner to the other case which is now pending in the United States District Court. It strikes me that the best interests of all concerned would be best served if these cases could be disposed of by way of settlement, and I would be obliged to you if you would take the matter up with your associates and a dvise me of your disposition on the subject of these cases. Very truly yours, CWW/M CHARLES W. WEEKS.
