Gentlemen:
We are enclosing herewith an agreement of facts
proposed by Mr. Berry covering the five cases settled last
June a year ago, together with our comments on these proposed
facts.
We also enclose copy of a letter written to Commissioner
of Health of New York City, Dr. L. I. Harris, under date of
June 18th,1928.
If there is any further information which you desire
we shall be only too glad to supply it.
We ask that you kindly return the enclosures when
thru with them as they happen to be the only copies in our files.
