Dear Dr. Flinn:
Please accept our thanks for your letter of
November 13th.
He have noticed newspaper clippings of Judge
Clark's suggestion to settle the pending cases, but to date
no definite move has been initiated on his part towards this
end.
Of course if there are any possibilities of
settlements we shall certainly keep before us the information
which you have passed along.
There is one thing quite sure
and that is that the corporation will never again allow it-
self to get into the predicament involved around the five
cases settled a year ago.
We can assure you that any information which
you have given will be most carefully guarded by ourselves
and our attorneys.
