Gentlemen: In re: 1-C-509632-C Mrs. James Hoare vs.
Radium Luminous Materials Corp.
We note from an article in the New York Tribune
of Nov. 26th that Mrs. James Hoare of 403 Carroll St.,
Orange, N.J., contemplates bringing suit against your
company for alleged radium poisoning. Presumably you
have already seen this article and started an investigation
to determine if claimant was at any time employed by you.
We would be pleased to know the result of
your inquiries along that line.
