Barker, c/o United States Radium Corp., 535 Pearl Street, New York City. Re: Canfield vs. U.S. Radium Corp. My dear Mr. Barker: I have yours of the 2nd inst., en- closing copy of a letter from Dr. Lind. We are to appear tomorrow in Court and endeavor to have the case held until March 19th-22nd. I note Dr. Lind's statement that we might have a conference on January 17th. If we hold the case until March, I think we will then desire to have such a conference.
