January 7th,1930. Dr. S. C. Lind, University of Minnesota, School of Chemistry, Minneapolis, Minn. Dear Dr. Lind: I transmitted the information in your letter of December 31st, to our attorneys, and on the basis of this letter they were successful in having the date for trial in the Canfield case set for March 10th, with the idea that your testimony could be taken between the 13th and 15th, as you indicated in your letter that you would be available at that time. Our attorneys also desire to have a conference with you, Dr. Schlundt and Dr. Moore on January 17th, to go over points involved, and I would appreciate it if you would advise the hour which would suit you best for this conference. Anticipating the pleasure of seeing you in the near future, I am Sincerely yours, Vice President. HHBarker:RH
