Gentlemen:
I an herewith sending you copy of letters addressed
to Drs. Bowing, Stevens and Pohle,, with reference to my
discussion with these sen last week, as well as advising them
that February 15th, has been set as the date upon which we hope to
take their depositions in Chicago.
The first two pages of all three letters are practically
the same, but the last page of each letter is somewhat different
in that it is worded to fit the nan in question.
