February 5th,1930. lir. Edwin Smith, c/o Edwards & Smith, 1 Exchange Place, Jersey City, N.J. Mr. E. A. Markley, c/o Collins & Corbin, 1 Exchange PL., Jersey City, N.J. Gentlement This is to advise that we have been in telephone communion- tion with Drs. Bowing, Pohle and Stevens, and that the earliest possible date which seens mutually agreeable to these cen is Monday, February 24th. February 22nd, probably would have suited, but in view of the fact that this is a legal holiday it seemed best to set Monday the 24th. As soon as you have information as to where these deposi- tions will be taken in Chicago, I wish you would advise us so that we may appoint a common meeting place for these sen, convenient to the place where depositions will be taken. It might be well for us to make a rough draft of the questions se propose to ask these nen and circulate it smong them in order that they say be familiar with the general type of examination to which they will be subject. Very truly yours, Vice President. HMBarker:RH
