Rochester, Minn.
Dear Dr. Bowing:
I an ghad to advise you that Monday February 24th,
has been set as the date on which we hope to take yours, as well as
Drs. Pohle and Stevens depositions in Chicago.
We have not as yot determined the place where
these depositions shall be taken, but as soon as we have this infor-
mation we will advise you, and also designate a meeting place where
we hope to see you as well as Drs. Pohle and Stevens.
Under separate cover we shall send you, either today
or tomorrow, the compilation of the articles assembled bearing upon
the internal administration of radium as well as subjects pertinent
to our litigation. Tie hope that you will bring this book with you
to Chicago on the 24th, as we have had to borrow the books belonging
to our attorneys in order that you nen may have a chance to look
over them prior to taking the depositions.
I hope that the Board of Governors of Mayo Clinic
will react favorably ypon your request that you be allowed to assist
by giving your deposition on this subject.
Sincerely yours,
Vice President.
