Dear Dr. Stevens:
Just a line to confirm our conversation over
the "phone this morning, that Monday, February 24th, has been
definitely set as the date when we hope to take the depositions
of yourself, Dr. Pohle and Dr. Bowing, in Chicago.
le have not as yet determined the place where these
depositions shall be taken, but as soon as we have this information
we will advise you, end also designate a meeting place where we
hope to see you as well as Drs. Pohle and Bowing.
