I received your telegram and also your
letter of February 5th., and wish to thank you very much
for arranging to meet in Chicago, on February 24th. It will
be best to address your mail to Madison since I will keep in
close touch with my office during my absence. However, you
can reach me on Thursday, February 13th. to February 14th.
until three o'clock P.M., at the Hotel Mayflower, in Washing-
ton, D. C. I am awaiting your letter concerning the place
of our meeting in Chicago.
