Dear Mr. Barker:
Replying to your letter of the 5th re
time and place for taking depositions of our doctors in
Chicago, I enclose a copy of the stipulation which has
been sent to our adversaries for signature. This will
give you the time and place for taking of the depositions,
except that the date is to be changed to the 24th, as you
suggested.
