OFFICE OF THE DEAN

Mr. H. H. Barker,
Vice President,
U. S. Radium Corporation,
535 Pearl Street,
New York City
Dear Barker:
Many thanks for your letter of February 27
in regard to your case. I do not plan any side trips
on my way to New York. If I am to be there Thursday,
March 13, I would leave here probably at 8:00 on
Tuesday, March 11. You can therefore reach me here
by letter or telegram up to that time. Any change
in your plans would not interfere with any that I
have. I simply wanted to know about your plans as
early as possible with reference to local engagements,
not any involved in my trip east.
I therefore simply request you to let me
know by wire in case there is any change in your plans;
otherwise, I expect to arrive in New York at the Grand
Central Station at 9:00 A.M., March 13. Please let
me know where you wish me to go from the whether
to your office, the lawyer's office, or ulrectly to
court. If the latter, please give me full instructions.
Sincerely yours,
S C. find
S. C. Lind,
Director.
