Dr. F. Failla,
c/o Memorial Hospital,
106th St., and Central Park W.,
N.Y.C.
Dear Dr. Failla:
Just a line to advise you that the Canfield
case versus the United States Radium Corporation, which was
to have been tried during the week of March the tenth, and
about which we discussed soliciting your services as a witness,
has been settled out of court. However, we have two cases
scheduled to appear in the Federal Court in Newark during the
week of March the twenty-fifth, which have not been settled,
and we may ask your indulgence to discuss these cases with us.
Please be assured that we appreciate the time
and consideration you have given us in reference to the Canfield
case.
Sincerely yours,
Vice President.
