Gentlemen:
I have been retained by and represent Mrs. Frances
Tappan Hoare and her husband James, Mrs. Hoare having been em-
ployed by your company at its Orange plant and Newark plant
in the year 1916 and/or 1917.
Mrs. Hoare is suffering from a malady which has
been diagnosed as radium poisoning, contracted while in your
employ. Will you kindly communicate with me regarding the
matter.
I would appreciate a reply from you within the
next three or four days.
