Dr. Morris Fishbein,
The Journal of the American Medical Association
535 N. Dearborn St.,
Chicago, Ill.
Dear Dr. Fishbein:
This will acknowledge receipt of the
compendium of articles which was sent to you, as well as
your note of February 28th.
We wish to express our appreciation for
the consideration which you gave us in listentig to our
story relative to the litigation with which we were con-
fronted, and giving us advice as to your position which
seemed quite in line with the best procedure to follow.
You have probably noted from the press
that the case for which we were preparing was settled
on the eve of the day of going to trial.
Sincerely yours,
Vice Pres dent.
