Mr. B. A. Markley,
Collins & Corbin,
I Exchange Pl.,
Jersey City, N.J.
Dear Mr. Markley:
I am herewith sending you copy of letter
which we have today received from Dr. Pohle.
Inasmuch as two nonths have elapsed since
these depositions were baken, I believe that Dr. Stevens and
Dr. Pohle have a just right to nake inquiry as to why their
bills hr.ve not been paid.
This matter I hope will be taken care of at
once.
Also enclosed you will find copy of letter, as
well as original bill from Dr. R.B.lioore, both of shich are
self-explanatory.
As you will note Dr. Moore should be sent a
check for $100 in connection with conference on January 17th,
and for time consumed in studying literature preparatory for
trial.
Very truly yours,
Vice President.
