As explained to you over the *phone, se
have arrenged to have a meeting on Tuesday, Eag 13th, for
the purpose of discussing the advisability of instituting
suit against the American Futual Liability Insurance Co.,
for the amount we feel they ove us as a result of the
sottlerent of the five redius suits two years ago.
The meeting will be hold at the Bankers'
Club, 58th floor, 120 Broadway, at one Palle abarp. When
you arrive please oak for Er. Dean S. Edmonds.
