May 26th,1930. United States Radium Gorp. v. American Mutual Liabili to Ins. Co. -3645 Mr. Josiah Strykor, Lindabury, Depue & Faulks, 763 Broad St., Newark, N.J. Dear Mr. Stryker: Your analytical letter, advising against the institution of suit for the recovery of sums of money expended by us on behalf of the American Mutual Liability Insurance Co., in the settlement of the"five cases, was presented to our Directors at a formal meeting held last Thursday. It was decided to abide by your recommendations in the matter, and therefore, we will not legally press our claim, as the hazard involved in present litigation and future suits that may be started, seens toogreat to warrant a test of our position on the Statute of Limitations.
