Mrs. James Hoare vs.United States Radium
Corporation.
On Dec. 3, 1929, you wrote us regarding the above matter,
at that time advising that you knew nothing regarding Mrs.
Hoare except what had appeared in the public press. We
note from your letter received in the case of Ruth Saxer a
reference to the cases of Mrs. Hoare and Mrs. Henry, and
infer from that letter that you now have further data
regarding Mrs. Hoare. We accordingly ask that you let us
have such information as you can, covering especially the
period of employment. You understand, of course, that
the whole situation is so indefinite at this ime that we cannot
unconditionally assume your liability under the policy you
carried with us.
