June 26th,1930.
Dr. R. B. Moore,
Purdue University,
Lafayette, Indiana.
Dear Dr. Moore:
Under separate cover we are today shipping you
approximately 20 grams of our good phosphorescent zinc sulphide.
I must caution you that this material contains a
mere trace of radioactive materials, due to the fact that it has
been manufactured in close proximity to active radium operations,
and would not be satisfactory as 5. screen free from all alpha
radiation.
The New Jersey courts start their summer recess
next week, and we do not anticipate that we will have to appear
in court to defend suits instituted by our former employees before
some time next fall - probably not before October. We shall
advise you as soon C.S we have any definite information along this
line.
With kind regards, I am
Sincerely yours,
Vice President.
