Dear Mr. Barker:
Herewith copies of two letters under even
date to Mr. Gray, counsel for the Globe Indemnity Company,
together with copy of our proposed answer. These are sent
to you for your information and file. If you have any
suggestions, do not hesitate to make them.
No doubt you have read the history ob-
tained by Dr. Brothers in stenographic form. That history
was given by the plaintiff when she was unaware of the purport
of the questions asked, and clearly shows that she claims at
least that she has suffered continuously since she left
our employ in 1917. If this is so, it would seem clear that
her cause of action is barred.
I should like to have the result of Dr.
Schlundt's examination as soon as practicable.
