Re: Motz & Tuck VS. U.S. Radium Corp.
My dear Sirs:
In the above=entitled matter, pursuant
to my telephone convorsation with-Mr. Weeks of even date,
the oxemications of the girls are to take place on Wednesday,
August 6th, 1930.
In order that the electroscopie teste
might be nade, it is agreed that the girle shall be at the
Newark City Hospital (Dr. Wartland's Labatories) at 9 o'clock
daylight saving time, on Wednesday, August 6th, 1930.
Upon completion of the electroscopie
tests, the girls will then be taken to the Newark Menorial
Hospital, /16 - 12th Avenue, Newark, Naje, for the physical
examinations and to have the X-rays takon.
Ne
will
have
our X-Tay man present at the tospital to take X-Try pictures
in conjunction with the X-ray man attached to the hosoital.
