Attention Mr. Lee Dear Sir: I beg to advise you that I represent Mrs. Columbia Porlato of Orange, N. J. Mrs. Porlato is now suffering from radium poisoning. She was an employee in your factory in Orange during the years, 1919 to 1921 or 1922. During her employment her name was Col- umbia Nicolina, she having married since.
