My doar Mrs. Larice: In the case of yourself and Miss Fryer and Mrs. Hussman we have de- cided that in order to be sure of carrying out the treatments in the same way for all of you, it is best to have one dector. We have therefore selected Dr. Henry C. Johnston of 50 North 21st Street, Last Orange (telephone- Orange 3-7286) who will shortly get into touch with you. He has been fully informed as to your condition and as to the details of the treatment. We trust you will give Dr. Johnston full cooperation to ensure the success of the treatment.
