Dear Dr. Moore:
The date for the Tuck and Metz triel
has been tentatively set for Monday, Jenuary 5,1931.
We would like a word from you at your
earliest convenience advising us whether you would
be available on this date in case your services are
desired.
I may say that there is a possibliity
of one of these cases being settled, but it is highly
probable that we shall go to trial on the other case.
