COLLINS & CORBIN COUNSELLORS AT LAW CLEMENT K. CORBIN ROBERT J. BAIN EDWARD A. MARKLEY CHARLES W. BROADHURST 1 EXCHANGE PLACE. HOWARD F. MC INTYRE JERSEY CITY, N.J. FRANK A. BOEHLER JAMES B. EMORY PATRICK F. MC DEVITT FRANK P. CLANCY JOHN F. LEONARD November 28, 1930. Metz and Tuck V. U. S. Radium Corp. Mr. H. H. Barker, Vice Pres. U. S. Radium Corp. NOV 291930 535 Pearl Street, New York City Dear Mr. Barker: Reiterating my telephonic talk with Mr. Lee please be advised that we can have an expired air test of Mrs. Metz at her home at any time to suit your convenience, provided we make the arrangement in advance and give the other side three or four days' notice thereof. As I stated to Mr. Lee, I think this should be given attention as soon as practicable. I think the Tuck case can be settled for $8000. I am sure that my companies would be agreeable to this. The thing to do is to get Mr. Smith's company, the New Amsterdam, to agree. I think you should keep after them for that purpose. EAM: AG Yours E.C.Minkey very truly,
