Dr. Herman Schlundt,
University of Missouri,
Columbia, Mo.
Dear Dr. Schlundt:
Tie are advised by Mr. Markley that Judge
Runyon, has granted us the privilege of making an expired air
test on Mrs. Metz - the air to be collected at the home of
Mrns. Metz.
Tie will have to make these tests, insofar as
Mrs. Mets is concerned as simple as possible, and do not believe
it would be wise for u.s to attempt to repeat the gamme ray test.
As to the best time to nake these tests, it
occurs to me that it would be more convenient for you should we
set up January 2nd or 3rd,1930, as the date.
Will you please advise me regarding these
points at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely yours,
Vice President.
