issued to Annie Conte Stasi, evidently the same person, in
the amount of $227.90.
On the death certificate the cause of death is given as
Sarcoma of pelvis with Metatasis to lungs and ethmoid, follow-
ing radiation osteites in dial painter. - Contributing cause,
anemia - diagnosis was confirmed by autopsy. Dr. Harrison
S. Martland, City Hospital, Newark, asked the question "Was
disease or injury in any way related to occupation of deceased?
Answer, Yes. If so, specify. - Radium dial painter.
