To all to whom these Presents
Shall come or man concern,
GREETING:
KNOW YE; THAT We, Helen Tuck (nee Phillips) and Walter
Tuck,
for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America, to us
in hand paid by United States
Radium Corporation, a corporation of the State of Delaware,
have remised, released and forever discharged, and by these presents do, for ourselves,
our
heirs, executors, and administrators, remise, release and forever discharge the said
United States Radium Corporation, a corporation of the State of
Delaware, its successors and assigns,
of and from all and all manner of action and
actions, cause and causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds,
bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses,
damages, judgments, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, which against
United States Radium Corporation, a corporation of the State of
Delaware, we or either of us,
ever had, now ha ve or which we, Helen Tuck ( Nee Phillips) and walter
Tuck,
our heirs, executors or administrators, hereafter can, shall, or may have, for, upon or by
reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, from the beginning of the world to the day of
the date of these presents, and more particularly for all claims of Helen
Tuck (nee Phillips) for personal injuries sustained, and all claims
of Walter Tuck for consequential damages resulting from the personal
injuries sustained by said Helen Tuck (nee Phillips), during her
employment by the United States Radium Corporation.
