Att'n Mr. Pesinger. Gentlemen: This will acknowledge receipt of Mr. Markley's letters of February 16th and 17th, together with check in the amount of $1178.17, the amount remaining in the General Disbursement Fund for expenses in connection with the radium cases. He have no objection to the handling of this fund on the basis of our agreement as to contributions, since our facilities are ample. Should any of the parties above addressed have any ideas regarding this matter which would conflict with this procedure we would be very glad to have their reactions. Very truly yours, President.
