herewith send you, original bill of Miss Elizabeth
C. Lewis for $38.08.

fact that Messrs Edwars, Smith & Dawson, forwarded to
your Mr. Lee the duplicate copy of this bill with their
letter of Feb. 24th which duplicate bill had been
approved for payment, by Mr. Markley and Mr. Smith.
