Dear Mr. Lee:
I send you the following settlement papers
in the above matter:
1. Letters of general administratior granted to
Dominick Stasi on the estate of Anna Conde Stasi.
2. Letters of administration ad prosequendum to
Dominick Stasi on the estate of Anna Conde Stasi.
3. Copy of bond to Standard Accident Insurance
Company for $5000.
4. Copy of bond to Standard Accident Insurance
Company for $1000.
5. Copy of petition to the surrogate asking
acceptance of foregoing bonds of administrator.
6. Order of surrogate approving bonds as to form
and amount.
7. Three releases by Dominick Stasi, general ad-
ministrator of the estate of Anna Conde Stasi cover-
ing all claims against your company for Anna Conde
Stasi.
8. One release by Dominick Stas: individually
covering any claim that he might have.
I have delivered the check for $3000. which you
sent me to Mr. De Vincentis, the attorneys. This matter, so
far as the claimant is concerned may be marked closed. It may
be, however, that you would like to take this matter up with
your attorney, Judge Thomas G. Haight for the purpose of de-
termining whe ther or not you S hould take any action on this
matter in connection wi th the Tuck matter.
