Dear Mr. Lee: Herewith copy of letter to Mr. Jacob Schneider in the above which is self explanatory. This case will not be reached for trial for six to nine months. In view of my conference with you and Mr. Barker the other day I felt that the only think I could do was to decline this claim. I am sending a copy of this letter to Mr. Gray.
