Dear Mr. Gray:
Herewith correspondence with Mr. Jacob
Schneider and Mr. Lee, President of the United States
Radium Corporation in regard to an offer made by Mr.
Jacob Schneider, of $10,000. in settlement of the above
suit. Both Mr. Lee, President and Mr. Barker, Vice
President, feel that no payment should be made in this
case at this time. When the case gets nearer trial we
can further consider the matter of settlement. No
harm will be done by considering that question.
