Dear Mr. Gray: Herewith correspondence with Mr. Jacob Schneider and Mr. Lee, President of the United States Radium Corporation in regard to an offer made by Mr. Jacob Schneider, of $10,000. in settlement of the above suit. Both Mr. Lee, President and Mr. Barker, Vice President, feel that no payment should be made in this case at this time.
