P. O. BOX 158 PHONE CALDWELL 6-1658 "Mountain View Rest" Roseland, N. J. MAR 25 1931 James Ewing.M.D Cornell University Medical College First Ave. & 28th St., New York City My dear doctor:- Re; Katherine Schaub. Your letter of the 19th inst, received a few days ago. The bill rendered, included room, board, and Twenty-Four-Hour-Nursing Service, on general care. For two weeks. Miss Schaub does not have a special nurse, but is quiet a care as she is almost helpless. I believe Miss Schaub enjoys better health in a high climate. Is much more cheerfull appears better in general. During my observation of Miss Schaub I find she has numerous somatic ideas as well as some neurotic symptons at times. You no doubt know Dr Humphries called to see Miss Schaub last week. Is quiet clear to Dr Humphries as to Miss Schaub needing the care and attention she is now getting. further If I can be of further use in information you desire will be glad to do SO. Very truly yours Bratrice St clair BSTC/Th (Mrs) Donald St. Clair Superintendent
