Mr. E. A, Markley,
c/o Collins & Corbin,
1 Exchange Pl.,
Jersey City N.J.
Dear Warkley:
We are enclosing herewith copy of a letter
written today to the various Insurance carriers, also original
letter received from Unger.
We believe Mr. Barker apoke to you the other
day about this case, as it was recently mentioned to us by
Dr. Humphries. Te hardly know what the best procedure in the
matter should be since Dr. Humphries talked of a possibility
of settlement for a small sum, but since lirs. La Porte has
apparently engaged an attorney the pieture is somewhat altered.
We would be pleased to have your reactions as
to what course should be pursued.
Very truly yours,
President.
