Re: Claim by Mr. and Mrs. Vincent LaPorte for
radium poisoning
Gentlemen:
Yours of the 12th inst. to our Newark office has
been forwarded to this office.
May we call your attention to the fact that the
New Jersey workmen's compensation law did not, in 1917,
apply to radium poisoning and the policy which you had with
this Comp any did not apply to an injury to an employee from
such cause.
