Herewith copy of letter from Mr. Weeks
which is self explanatory.
I think you and I should have a
conference first and then we should call a conference of
all the interested parties. If this case is to be settled
we might just as well settle it now rather than after a
struggle of two weeks preparing it for trial with all
the additional expense involved in doing so.
