(NOTE: The original bill of the Hospital in the Metz case was for $202.00, for X-rays and Laboratory examinations, and dated August 15, 1930. On April 7, 1931, you paid the hospital $165.00, leaving balance of $37.00. The Hospital bill in the Tuck case was also dated August 15, 1930, for X-rays and Labora- tory examinations, but in the sum of $189.00. On April 7, 1931, you paid the hospital $150.00, leaving balance of $39.00. These figures were given to us by the Newark Memorial Hospital upon our inquiry.) (3) Bill from Dr. Jos. M.
