and Dr. Humphrey of Orange, who stated that the bill
for services would be taken care of by your Company.

To date we have given twelve visits. Our
cost per visit is $1.50 not exceeding an hour.
Will you please advise when you would like
to have the bill for services rendered, weekly or
monthly.
