DEPARTMENT OF PATHOLOGY CORNELL UNIVERSITY MEDICAL COLLEGE JAN 28 1932 FIRST AVENUE AND 28TH STREET NEW YORK January 27, 1932. Mr. H.H. Barker U.S. Radium Corporation, 535 Pearl Street New York City. My dear Mr. Barker: I have taken up with Dr. Krumbhaar in detail some of the unsatisfactory matters connected with the care of our pati nts and have asked him to suggest some solution, especially in regard to Miss Shaub. I enclose recent bills for Miss Shaub's hospital care. I have also approved of a substantial bill for Dr. Craver. The Mountain View Rest has been sending Miss Shaub by ambulance for X-ray treatments for some time without the usual charge of 10.00. They feel that a small fee would be agreeably a ccepted and I suggest $5.00. The trip consumes 2 1/2 hours. Sincerely yours, Jane James Ewing.
