FEB 29 1932 Gentlemen:- For statistical purposes we are anxious to get in touch with the family of Mrs. La Porte, who was one of your employees, and whom we treated. If possible we would appreciate your advising us her last known address. We have been advised thru hearysay that the patient is dead but would like to get the necessary data before closing my records on this very interesting case. Very truly yours, FOUNDATION.
