Dear lir. Galentine:
I personally an somewhat uncertain
as to shether we should settle the above case at a price
exceeding $3000.00.
lie understand from a letter just
received from Mr. Markley, copy of which was sent to
Mr. Grey, that a definite date of trial has been set
for June 13th, but there is still a possibility of
settlement at the $3000 price.
I an inclined to follow whatever
suggestion Mr. Markley and Mr. Grey may make regarding
settlement vs actual test of the merits of the case thru
trial.
