If suoh a teat le obtained, every effort should be nade to get the plaintiff to strip and put e robe on, which the doctor abould provide with respeet to which he is aure there can be no "loading" with radium. We should almo have present a woman nurse or two woren nurses if necessary to provide the necessary fomale protection for the plaintife when the circumstances require. We sholl keep after Mr. Weska for these examinations. In the seantine Markley will confer with Mr. Smith at the latter's convonience for the purpose or preparing a demand for particulars. If the United States Badium Corp oration has any data in 1ts riles with reapect to this case, such Information should be sent to Mr. Smith and Mr. Marid yy immediately.
