Cohmbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons EPIDEMIOLOGY INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE 632 WEST 168TH street, NEW YORK PUBLIC HEALTH ADMINISTRATION INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC HEALTH SANITARY SCIENCE March 17 1932 Mr. H. H. Barker, United States Radium Corp., 535 Pearl Street, MAR 19 1932 New York City, N.Y. Dear Mr. Barker: I am giving you the following information in very strict confidence. X-ray examination of Mrs Hoare's jaw on March 19, 1930. Film of the skull in both lateral positions and one with the brow down show the inner & outer tables to be normal in contour, density & outline. Nothing to suggest bone destruction or production. Films of the mandible show normal texture & outline of bone on either side. There seems to be considerable resorption of the alveoli of the teeth with a number of abscesses in the roots. M st of the teeth are carious and show large cavities. Blood picture: Hemo 92% R.B.C. 4.00 W.B.C. 13,600 Diff Lymp 13% Large Mono 5% Neut. 79% Eos 2% Baso 1% Yours truly Fridench Gs.
