Dear Mr. Barker:
I am giving you the following information in very strict
confidence.
X-ray examination of Mrs Hoare's jaw on March 19, 1930.
Film of the skull in both lateral positions and one with the brow down
show the inner & outer tables to be normal in contour, density & outline.
Nothing to suggest bone destruction or production.
Films of the mandible show normal texture & outline of bone
on either side. There seems to be considerable resorption of the alveoli
of the teeth with a number of abscesses in the roots. M st of the teeth
are carious and show large cavities.
Blood picture: Hemo 92% R.B.C. 4.00 W.B.C. 13,600 Diff Lymp 13%
Large Mono 5% Neut. 79% Eos 2% Baso 1%
