Mrs Maddinger with her back to instrument 1st test 51 to 46 26' 5" Average leake 0.00319 div per sec. 2nd test 50 " 45 26' 3" Natural leake after test 51 to 46 28' 20" 0.00296 div per sec which gives an increase leake for Mrs Maddinger of 0.00029 div perssec. Mrs Maddinger with instrument in front. 50 to 45 25: 45" 0.00323 div per sec. Natural Leake 51 to 46 28' 45" 0.00289 div per sec which gives an increase leake when the test is made with the instrument in front of 0.00031 div per sec. Using our old factor the average of the two tests indicate the presence of approximately 2.5 micrograms of radium. The expired air test indicate the presence of approximately 1.2 micro- gram of radium. This would give a combined radium contents of3.7 mico- grams. Findench B.W.lm.
