Madlinger vs J.S.Radium Corporation
Dear Mr. Smith:
We have your letter of April 29th, together with
copy of your letter of same date to Rr. Markley on the settlement
of the Madlinger case, also a copy of Mr. Markley's letter to you
on May 2nd on the same subject.
In order to facilitate the settlement of this case
we are perfectly willing to advance the amount necessary, with the
understanding that se will be reimbursed in accordance with the
agreement reached in conference in Mr. Emory's office, and covered
by Mr. Markloy's letter of December 18,1930.
